Referral Icon
It would be helpful if there was an icon in the patient appointment block that indicated that a referral is attached so at a glance we know whether to ask the patient for the referral or not. It would help also when preparing the next days referrals without having to click into each patients appointment to see what is attached

Send back to Technologist
Make it possible for radiologists to send back incomplete cases to sonographers or radiographers. Also, it'd be great if they could add a comment giving a reason.

KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
A page showing keyboard shortcuts would be very helpful , being able to do actions without needing to move hands away from keyboard and trying to drag the mouse would be very efficient. I asked for a list of keyboard shortcuts but it seems there aren't any yet.

Sending Images To Patients
When we send the images and reports to patients - can it come up in 'Report Delivery' saying that we have sent it to the patient? This will save on doubling up on sending reports and we will also be able view if they haven't been sent it.

AUTOFILL arriving details with a prompt.
Sometimes during peak hours, when it gets busy and the computers slow down from having a million tabs and windows open, it can be difficult to quickly fill in the arrival details like the referring doctor’s information, referral date, and Medicare number. For example, when you open an appointment, a prompt may appear saying ‘Autofill details available.’ Users can choose to accept it or decline if they prefer to enter the details manually. Once the information is autofilled, users can double-check and edit it if needed. I know there will be some technical limitations at first—for example, software may struggle to read handwriting—so starting with standard typed referrals that follow the same format might be a good beginning. it can be innacurate at first so having the option to accept "autofill details" can give users the option to use it or not , and if they do accept it then they have the ability to edit if needed.

Ability to delete a special slot just from one day
It would be great to be able to delete a special slot only from a specific day even if it's a recurring special slot. We have a special slot for lunch which is recurring daily but regularly have to delete it to book urgent studies over our lunch break but every time I delete it it deletes it for all future days as well. Thanks

Can we please move billings checked to be situated above the start scan button
That way we don't have to open the actual appointment to confirm billing.

Send images without access to report
An option to send patient's images without them having access to the report. I thought that when we send images but don't select 'include report' the patient did not have access to the report, but if they click the link to the images it also allows them access to the report.

It would be good if when we rotate attachments to portrait mode they remained in that orientation
Mostly everyone spends a bit of time rotating attachments but they revert after a short period.

Improved cine loops
For remote reporting the sonographers do quite a number of cine loops but these do not preload and take more than 30secs to load. If there are a few in a study the waiting is longer than the reporting. Can these preload?
