Feature Ideas

Currently online bookings are scheduled into the calender requiring no confirmation from our admin. We do not recieve any notification that they have booked. The patient could be booking for a service we don't offer, and we wouldn't know until later. We'd like a setting that holds online bookings as pending until a staff member can review and approve (or decline) them, with a notification when a new booking request arrives.

It would be helpful if there was an icon in the patient appointment block that indicated that a referral is attached so at a glance we know whether to ask the patient for the referral or not. It would help also when preparing the next days referrals without having to click into each patients appointment to see what is attached

Prevents staff from sending incomplete studies for particular modalities.

Is it possible to give us (user) an information about new system upgrades? There are a few new features on QUBS.

Make it possible for radiologists to send back incomplete cases to sonographers or radiographers. Also, it'd be great if they could add a comment giving a reason.

This will help the reception team identify patients who need to make payment prior to patient leaving to avoid potentially missed payment.

When we go to view the patients previous visit, the previous worksheet is not visible in the history attachments. It can only be viewed by going appointments, right click, and attachments. It would be convenient to see it in the history view.

When we are filling out the sonographers worksheet or general worksheet, it would be helpful to have a pane that shows the creation of the initial doctors report.

It would be great to have a preview of the report in the "Delayed" category to decide if need to edit.

We are forever doing manula certificates. What a time saver!

A page showing keyboard shortcuts would be very helpful , being able to do actions without needing to move hands away from keyboard and trying to drag the mouse would be very efficient. I asked for a list of keyboard shortcuts but it seems there aren't any yet.

A search function that allows to search examinations instead of patients allowing us to toggle modality, procedure descriptions and date ranges would be appreciated.

When we send the images and reports to patients - can it come up in 'Report Delivery' saying that we have sent it to the patient? This will save on doubling up on sending reports and we will also be able view if they haven't been sent it.

For remote reporting the sonographers do quite a number of cine loops but these do not preload and take more than 30secs to load. If there are a few in a study the waiting is longer than the reporting. Can these preload?

Similar to SMS reminder, send an email reminder
